URTARDIS has been very slow, nay dead lately. I've been rethinking how it's run and have figured out a way to make it quicker and to GENUINELY get it up and running again. Sorry about the previous attempt. The rules have changed to make URTARDIS alot similar both to use, and to maintain:

MEMBERSHIP:
To submit your work you must first become a URTARDIS member. But don't worry, because becoming a member of URTARDIS is easy peasy, simply watch us, and we will watch you back, done!

SUBMITTING YOUR WORK:
The two Golden Rules:
1. Try not to submit copyrighted material, URTARDIS does not take responsibility for copyright violations.
2. You cannot submit other peoples work!
(Art Trades are accepted if you have the permission of the other artist(s).)

To submit your work, Note us with the link to your artwork on dA, with the title of the note being "SUBMISSION". Please limit each Note to one or two submissions each.

All work you submit will link back to you, asking for all favourites and comments to go directly to the artist so you get all the credit.

We're going to schedule a GMT time for us all to come online around the same time so we can all roleplay together. This is very ambitious, but I really want to give it a go! We'll test it out before we make any rules! Suggest a time and a day that's convenient for you!

GUIDELINES:
The club will be focusing mainly on the 2005+ series' from now on, for the benefit of the younger audience and those who are not experienced with the older programes. This is also due to wanting to keep the material and ideas submitted fresh, as many fans were only... how can I say... "turned", by the newer series.
